After Installation of our APP, what we do in your SharePoint site?

We are using the default SharePoint permissions on a site or sub site. Our app will create following on adding of a SharePoint App.

We are creating a custom permission level on SharePoint site (on which our SharePoint App is installed) and this custom permission level will only be used in our Apps.
Our app will create lists and apply a custom permission on the list.
Our app will create groups and apply our custom permission to the group.
Our app will send a notification email to the user.
